What's cooking?

It’s nice to know that you too are interested in cooking just like me!
I was one person who could not even make a cup of coffee without assistance. Quite frankly I was never confident about my culinary skills. Mainly because I never attempted to learn it with my heart. Slowly after joining Sahaj Marg Meditation, I started to make dishes quite easily with least bit of doubt in my own creations! I was also during that time presented with some simple opportunities to cook a perfect meal for my parents and relatives and they were thrilled to the core. It remains quite a mystery even till today to my parents and family members, as to how a absolute “non-cooking person” can just start perfecting this skill without any known assistance by any “expert”!
With these small and humble incidents, I started compiling a book of my assorted and tested recipes that I try to perfect to taste. This blog is just an extension of those recipes and I hope this benefits any body interested in knowing the “ruchi-mantram” (Secret / mantra of good taste), just as I have now. I feel strongly that cooking is an art and you need to know your moods to create a good dish, just like in any other artistic creations.
In this process, I hope to make new culinary experts who would tune my skill better in the long run.

Happy cooking!

      Hey yogini,
I think my fav thing made so far would have to be palak paneer since I love “greens” and no other dish is as green as this one! 🙂
